TAMPA BAY, Florida -- Early voting days are done for this election, but some counties are finding a way to still let people vote in a very similar way.

Elections officials in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties are opening up their doors, offering over-the-counter vote by mail ballots.

"It's not early voting, but it is voting early," says Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections Earl Lennard.

Pasco Co.,  FL - Brian E. Corley, Supervisor of Elections, is urging voters who have relocated to Pasco County from other Florida Counties to update their address prior to early voting or voting on Election Day, or they will be statutorily required to vote a provisional ballot.

"Although I agree that provisional ballots have their place in the elections process, in the case of a move-in voter, it becomes an unnecessary obstacle that can be taken care of with one simple phone call," said Supervisor Corley.
