Man found dead on Pebble Creek Village sidewalk | Crime

Tampa, Florida-- Hillsborough County deputies are on scene of a death investigation on Fox Hearst Rd. in Pebble Creek Village. 

Officials say a homeowner on Fox Hearst called to report that he discovered a bleeding male's body on the sidewalk near his home. 

Hillsborough County Fire Rescue responded and pronounced the 18 - 25-year-old person deceased at the scene.

Reports refer to the person as a "victim." They also say he did not live at the residence, and the resident did not know him. 

Preliminary reports indicate that the victim suffered "trauma to the upper body."
