Hillsborough County, Florida-- Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office will honor local law enforcement officers who lost their lives in the line of duty during the Law Enforcement Memorial Service this week.

The service for the fallen heroes is open to the public, and will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15 at Cotanchobee Fort Brooke Park, 601 Old Water Street, Tampa, FL 33602.

According to HCSO, the following fallen officers will be honored:     

Tampa, Florida-- Go on a dino egg hunt, play T-rex Twister, and learn to roar like a  Parasaurolophus. Stomp, chomp and swish your tail as we find out what makes dinosaurs so cool!

It's all part of MOSI's "How do Dinosaurs Play?" two-day camps held July 15th and 17th or July 16th and 18th for two and three year-olds:

Pasco County, Florida - Pasco County Animal Services will be hosting free adoptions for all Mothers through May 18. Adoptable dogs and cats will be FREE to moms in celebration of Mother's Day. 

This is a great deal because the regular adoption fees are $70 for dogs and $40 for cats.

There will be a $10 fee for a Pasco County dog license.

PCAS will feature adoptable dogs at the Pasco County Home Show at the Verizon Center in New Port Richey on Friday, 5/10/2013 from 11:30 am -1:00 pm.
